Advice and Support for Young People
We want all of our students to have a healthy mind, body and spirit and there are many ways that we can all stay fit, healthy and happy. Sometimes, however, we may need a little helping hand and in the section below, we’ve tried include a number of websites that may offer guidance and that little bit of extra support when you most need it.
Don’t forget however, that the best place to usually seek help is from friends, your family or even your teachers!
