On Friday 2 February we took part in NSPCC Number Day where students participated in various math-related activities whilst raising funds to support the NSPCC.
Year 7, 8 and 9 students took part in lessons which helped them to grow their confidence in maths. We also ran a competition throughout the week where, for a £1 donation, students took part in the Lowest Unique Number Challenge giving them a chance to win a Maths themed goodie bag whilst helping to raise money for the NSPCC at the same time.
We had over 100 entries and raised £116.82 for the NSPCC - well done to Euan from 8C who was the winner with the number 10.
Thank you to everyone for taking part!
