Year 7 and 8 students had the opportunity to redesign a book cover for their favourite book. The standard of entry was really high and our student librarians (Trinity, Crystal and Courtney) had the very tough job of picking two winners and four runners up. The winners were Thomas, for his version of ‘The Hobbit’ and Gemma, for her version of ‘Wings Of Fire’. Not only are these amazing redesigns, the students taste in book is impeccable too! Gemma and Thomas received an Ebb & Flo book token as a prize. The runners up were Hannah (The Great Dream Robbery), Jackson (Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone), Kaitlyn (Diary of a Wimpy Kid) and Holly (Superworm), all of whom received a tasty treat to munch on next time they read.
