GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition


The written theory paper covers all the topics we have studied and is 1 and ¾ hours long. 

Students should study the following topics for revision:

  • Food Spoilage
  • Where Food Comes From
  • Factors Affecting Food Choice
  • Preparation and Cooking techniques
